Stylish and perfect place, I truly enjoyed to be here.
In general the staff were incredible and pleasant. Its location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, short walk to main train station and subway lines.

I was given a nice size room with the air conditioner, extra bed and a couch. The service was excellent and the food was local.

The location was central, amazing to underground mall with many restaurants. It was also so close to the main shopping area of Ginza like Ginza 6, Tokyo railway station and department stores and high end shops.

Very polite and welcoming staff, breakfasts were exceptionally nice.
Overall had really comfortable stay on holidays. It was in a central location, in that underground mall. Moreover, it's so close to Ginza and the Tokyo Station areas. There were a fridge, an electric kettle and climate control in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Everything was nice, favourable location very close to Very close to Metro Ginza line station to travel to Asakusa, train and subway stations, and Tokyo station underground shopping mall, wonderfully friendly staff. The rooms were neat and functional with queen bed and great facilities, for instance. The breakfast was very very good, they make plenty of meals...

It was overall clean and the staff were highly courteous, beds were comfortable. Had essentials needed in the twin room, including an electric kettle and fridges. Only the best buffet breakfasts served in the café.

Everything was nice, had a fine stay for five nights on vacation. The location was good and absolutely perfect, close to the underground so quite convenient with easy access to a shopping area and a market.
